Before you continue reading forward, I want you to know that you don’t need coaching. Nobody needs coaching. There, I said it… But if you want something and you believe coaching could help you. I’m curious about you and what you want to achieve.
It is a self inspiring journey. One that you get really close with all the parts of you that have different needs and sometimes opposing needs from your goals! It is a process of alignment, courage and authenticity. What you want, who you are and how you want to get to your destination are hardly factors aligned in the majority of people. It can lead to a tiring life.
You can transform the way you lead yourself and others. If you feel you are living small, and that a part of you wants or feel it wants something so much bigger that is frightening. Too frightening to go at it alone. Or too important to take 10 years trying it alone. Then I invite you to keep curious about coaching.
Even if that feeling is just a feeling and you have no clue what it is that you want. You just know you are an extra in your own life. Or you are a leader and have a big mission, but the version of you showing up is making everything more exhausting, hard, effortful… You know you have bullshit stories holding you back, but you need help to charge forward and get unstuck.
Sometimes we don’t know we are walking around life full of armour. That’s ok, let’s take that weight off. Coaching can change your life. To me it is a sacred thing. Above all, coaching is about You. Who you are and who you want to be. Like this website is about you. What possibilities could be waiting for you if you would just listen to your inner voice and took action.
